PMS Comfort Natural Relief Programs FAQs

Are your products 100% natural?

Absolutely. We use only products that have been produced in U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) certified facilities, and all our products are tested, and retested, for purity and potency. There are absolutely no drugs, hormones, or artificial chemical additives in the PMS Comfort Natural Relief Program formulas.

Are your pills easy to swallow?

Most women find PMS Comfort supplements easy to swallow. They are of average or smaller size compared to most nutritional supplements. Our goal in formulating PMS Comfort products is to bring you the right amount of nutrients and botanicals you need for both PMS relief and optimal nutrition, in the fewest possible number of pills.

How many times per day will I need to take my supplements?

Twice per day is ideal. Although many people are used to the idea of a once-a-day vitamin, you may take your PMS Comfort supplements with breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. For women using our Basic Relief Program, you may take your two herbal capsules at the same time if you find you are frequently forgetting the second dose.

Do I need additional vitamins beyond what is in Advanced and Intensive Natural Relief Programs?

All levels of PMS Comfort Programs are designed for optimal relief. The Advanced and Intensive Programs contain complete nutritional support, with potent and balanced levels of calcium, magnesium, B vitamins, and all essential nutrients. Women on our Advanced or Intensive Programs don't need any additional vitamins or minerals. Women taking Basic Relief may decide to opt up to Advanced Relief if they're concerned about their nutritional status.

Does PMS Comfort cause side effects?

PMS Comfort Supplement Programs hardly ever cause side effects. We recommend you take your supplements with substantial meals (not just fruit or salad) as this is easier on your digestion. And, just like any food or medication, every person has an individual response. We like to say the most common side effect of PMS Comfort is feeling great!

I already take a vitamin, but I still have PMS.  Why would PMS Comfort help me?

Our programs were created by a doctor, using a precise balance of herbs, and of high-potency vitamins, and minerals in the case of our Advanced and Intensive Relief Programs. PMS Comfort is much more than just a vitamin. You'll also benefit from our diet and lifestyle tips, which gives you "doctor's office" knowledge and guidance on real action steps you can take to complement the supplement program and to achieve a symptom-free cycle.

What is the difference between the three Natural Relief Programs?

Basic Relief is our most affordable program and utiltizes our doctor-designed flagship program, the PMS Comfort Herbal. The Advanced Relief includes the PMS Comfort Herbal, but adds our high-potency Nutritional Multivite to keep you optimally-nourished and provide the all-important calcium and magnesium for optimal menstrual health, as well as the full spectrum of additional essential nutrients. Intensive Relief is our most comprehensive program, often preferred by women with severe PMS symptoms. It includes a full dosage of PMS Comfort Herbal; the high-potency Nutritional Multivite; plus high-potency enterically-coated Omega-3 Fish Oil that works synergistically to help bring about real relief. We encourage you take our self-assessment quiz to help you gauge the intensity of your own symptoms.

How do I know which program is appropriate for me?

You can start by taking our self-assessment quiz, which will help you understand your symptoms and their severity. For many women, Basic Relief is the right choice based simply on affordability, and we know from experience with thousands of women that this program level can be work fabulously. Women with very severe symptoms, even those who think they may have PMDD, often prefer the comprehensive apporach of the Intensive Relief Program. Advanced Relief appeals to women who want both herbal and nutritional support but who feel they may not need an intensive program.

I don't feel comfortable giving such personal information on a Web site.

The assessment is completely anonymous. We don't collect any personally identifiable information about you when you take the self-assessment. And, we take your privacy extremely seriously. We never share any of your information, in accordance with our privacy policy

Where can I find more detailed information on your programs?

You can compare programs and you can read more about our formulations here.

I've been taking the PMS Comfort supplements and now I don't have any PMS symptoms. Do I need to keep taking the products?

We recommend you stay on the program level that helped you for 4-6 months after your symptoms are gone. If you started on Intensive, you may switch to the Advanced Relief level for 6-8 months or longer. We recommend our Nutritional Multivite on an ongoing basis as the foundation of good nutrition. We are always available to answer your questions and offer you support, to help make PMS Comfort work for you.

Can PMS Comfort treat PMDD?

PMS Comfort is remarkably effective in relieving severe PMS symptoms, including emotional symptoms of sadness, tearfulness, and depression. PMDD is the most severe category of PMS. We recommend you start by taking our self-assessment quiz. Only anti-depressants and hormones are approved to treat PMDD. Many women prefer to avoid medication, making PMS Comfort the natural choice for the treatment of severe PMS.
