Assess your PMS & PMDD Symptoms

PMS Comfort Self-Assessment Quiz

Step 1

This premenstrual symptom self-assessment has been designed to help you understand your symptoms—and to help us continue to understand more about PMS and PMDD, and how we can better serve women with premenstrual symptoms. All information you submit is completely confidential, secure, and encrypted. Your privacy and confidentiality are extremely important to us.

In this self-assessment quiz, we ask about a range of symptoms that are typical of PMS and PMDD symptoms. We are most interested in whether these symptoms occur primarily in the two weeks before your period. You may have some of these symptoms at other times too, but if they are mostly before your period, or definitely worse before your period, those are probably premenstrual symptoms.

All information you submit is completely confidential, secure, and encrypted. Your privacy and confidentiality are extremely important to us.

Step 2

We respect and protect your privacy because it's the right thing to do.

We do not sell, rent, exchange or otherwise share names or e-mail addresses with anyone. We restrict employee access to such information on a need-to-know basis. We require every employee and vendor to adhere to the strictest confidentiality and security protocols.

This self-assessment quiz is only for women between the ages of 18 and 52. We have information for those who want to learn more about men and PMS in the article: Do Men Get PMS? Girls under the age of 18 may use this quiz only with the supervision of a parent or guardian. PMS, PMDD, and premenstrual symptoms affect women of reproductive age. Symptoms in women above age 52 are usually related to perimenopause or menopause.

This self-assessment quiz is not meant to replace, nor is it a substitute for, the advice of a health care professional, nor should it be used for diagnostic purposes. Only licensed health care professionals may diagnose and treat disease. This self-assessment and its results are for informational and educational purposes only.
