PMS Comfort Natural Relief Product & Programs FAQs
Are your products 100% natural?
Absolutely. We use only products that have been produced in U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) certified facilities, and all our products are tested, and retested, for purity and potency. There are absolutely NO drugs, NO hormones, NO alcohol, or NO artificial chemical additives in the PMS Comfort Natural Relief Program formulas.
Are your products gluten-free and dairy-free?
There is no added dairy, salt, sugar, yeast, wheat, or nuts. PMS Comfort herbal is a veggie capsule. The facility where the product is formulated does process dairy, wheat, and the other items previously mentioned so we are unable to say "gluten-free" and "dairy-free."
Are your pills easy to swallow?
Most women find PMS Comfort supplements easy to swallow. They are of average or smaller size compared to most nutritional supplements. Our goal in formulating PMS Comfort products is to bring you the right amount of nutrients and botanicals you need for both PMS relief and optimal nutrition, in the fewest possible number of pills.
How many times per day will I need to take my supplements?
Twice per day is ideal. Although many people are used to the idea of a once-a-day vitamin or drug, once or twice per day works well with PMS Comfort Herbal Relief. The product can be taken with meals, or on an empty stomach.
Do I need additional vitamins beyond my PMS Comfort Herbal Relief?
PMS Comfort is designed for optimal relief, but we do recommend you get 1,000 mg of calcium and 400 mg of magnesium each day from food or supplementation, plus a multivitamin.
Does PMS Comfort cause side effects?
We know of no known side effects with PMS Comfort. If you're not accustomed to taking herbs or supplements, of course, you should try taking with a meal, at first. And, just like any food or medication, every person has an individual response. We like to say the most common side effect of PMS Comfort is feeling great!
I already take a vitamin, but I still have PMS. Why would PMS Comfort help me?
PMS Comfort Herbal Relief is more than a vitamin: it’s a precise balance of herbs and a vitamin that is meant to help relieve PMS and PMDD symptoms. For severe symptoms, we recommend you combine it with a multivitamin, and 1000 mg of calcium and 400 mg of magnesium from diet or supplementation. When combined with our diet and lifestyle guidance, this is a real "doctor's office" program that can help you get back to feeling better all month long.
I'd like to take your quiz, but I don’t feel comfortable giving such personal information.
Where can I find more detailed information on your products?
You can compare our products here.
What's information on the bottom of the PMS Comfort herbal bottle?
The information imprinted on the bottom of the bottle is the lot number and the manufacture date (mfg date).
Do your products cure PMS and PMDD? Or do I have to take them forever?
There is no "cure" for PMS and PMDD, and we don’t offer our products as a cure, treatment, or prevention for any medical condition. Women who’ve used the herbs and nutrients we recommend, in combination with important dietary and lifestyle changes, usually report that their symptoms improve or are relieved.
We recommend you continue to take our products for 3-6 months after you experience relief. At that point, you may be able to halve your dose, or to only take them for the last 15 days of your cycle. Eventually we hope you’ll find that you can control your symptoms with diet, lifestyle, and a multivitamin-mineral alone. Please contact us if you have questions, or want more exact guidance.
Can PMS Comfort treat PMDD?
PMS Comfort is often helpful for relieving PMS symptoms. Since PMDD is the most severe form of PMS, it’s not surprising that some women do experience relief of what they consider PMDD symptoms.
Only antidepressants and hormones are approved to treat PMDD. Many women prefer to avoid medication, making PMS Comfort a natural choice to help manage severe PMS.
