Purchase Terms of PMS Comfort® Natural Relief Products & Programs
By ordering product on this Site, you agree you have read and understand the purchase

support you on your health and wellness journey and relieve your PMS symptoms naturally—for
good.
PMS Comfort Core Relief Program
The PMS Comfort® Advanced Relief Program will be shipped to you every
60 days on an ongoing basis at a cost of $27.95 per month plus $3.95 shipping and
handling per month, which will be billed to the credit card number you provide.
PMS Comfort Freestyle Herbal Relief Programs
You may purchase a one-, two-, or three-month supply of PMS Comfort®
Herbal for, respectively, $29.95, $57.95, or $79.95 plus $4.95 shipping and handling.
These are each one time charges and one time shipments.
Processing Your Order
Your first shipment will be processed as soon as possible after your order is placed,
and we will endeavor to ship it within 72 hours. Orders not shipped within four
days of the order being place will receive a refund for the amount of the shipping
and handling. Depending upon where you live, weather conditions, and the status
of United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service operations, your order
should arrive within 6-8 days. Additional shipments of Core Relief Program
products will be shipped and billed every 30 days until you terminate your subscription. Shipments
to the state of Maine will incur additional charges for applicable sales tax.
Product Subscription Cancellation
You can suspend or modify your shipments, or cancel your product subscription, at
any time by contacting us by e-mail: customerservicepms

or sending us correspondence at: P.O. Box 756, Portland, ME 04104. Subscription cancellations
must be received at least 7 days before the next shipping/billing date. Cancellations
received after that date will receive, and be billed for, one more shipment.
